This 53 year old patient had concerns regarding the excess skin to her stomach and drooping breasts - especially when she bent over!!! She underwent an abdominoplasty, liposuction of 2100 cc of fat, and also had breast augmentation using Allergan Natrelle 280cc smooth, round silicone gel implants with a SPAIR mastopexy (lift) and went from an B to a C cup. 45 grams was removed from the larger right breast to make them equal for the rest of her life and so that equal implant sizes could be placed. At only 6 months, her result is obvious and no abnormal scar deformities are present.
