Description: This 19 year old woman is seen three years after her breast surgery. She presented with severe asymmetry of her breasts both in volume and postition. Breast constrictions also existed. She underwent bilateral breast lifts and a 310 gram reduction in volume of the larger left breast to help minimize the variation of implant sizes used. The right implant was a 420cc McGhan smooth, round, saline implant filled to 500cc while the left was a 390cc filled to 450cc. Although the scars are slightly wide, they are very acceptable and, of course, not difficult to revise. Needless to say, the patient isn't really concerned as she is ecstatic with her results of this very difficult problem.
