Description: This patient originally desired breast augmentation and underwent the placement of 240cc smooth round saline implants filled to 260cc with a periareolar mastopexy. She subsequently decided that implants were "not for me" and requested their removal. This was accomplished with a revision mastopexy requiring an additional vertical incision to reshape the breast. She is seen 18 months after implant removal. She is extremely delighted with her natural B cup and has had no problems at all. Indeed, she subsequently had an abdominoplasty! The breast shape is natural and the scars are maturing well. For any questions or to schedule a consultation, please contact Dr. Kayser at Image by Design Plastic Surgery
