Description: This 30 year old delightful woman is seen about 9 months after correction of her breast asymmetry. She initially presented with severe asymmetry of her breasts both in volume and postition. Breast constrictions also existed. She underwent mastopexy of the left breast and a reduction in volume of 125 grams to help minimize the variation of implant sizes used. The right implant was a 450cc McGhan smooth, round, saline implant filled to 500cc while the left was a 390cc filled to 425cc. Needless to say, the patient is ecstatic!!!
