Breast Augmentation Patient 22

This delightful 22 year old woman from Troy, MI, is seen just over one year after breast augmemtation. She presented with a severe congenital breast deformity involving constrictions (incompletely formed and narrow breasts) and ptosis (drooping) along with volume differences. She underwent breast augmentation. Allergan Natrelle style 20 smooth, round, silicone gel implants were used - a 325 cc and a 350 cc to the right and left respectively to achieve her D cup. Needless to say, she is ecstatic!
