This patient is seen about 3 months after reconstruction of the left breast with a latissimus muscle flap. She had an expander placed at the initial procedure which was later exchanged for a permanent profile saline implant. Reconstruction of the nipple and areola was also performed in addition to a mastopexy (lift) of the right side.
