Description: After having surgery elsewhere, this 46 year old woman presented with a severe breast asymmetry and capsular contracture (hardening of the breast). She underwent correction of the deformity with release of the scar tissue and a revision mastopexy (lift). She also had an increase in implant volume from her previous 200cc volume to 330cc and 350 cc on the right and left breast respectively, which took her from a B to her desired D cup.
