This lovely 27 year old woman expressed concerns that her implants (placed by another surgeon) were too large and irregular in size and shape. Her larger 360cc implants were removed and replaced with smaller 300cc smooth, round saline implants filled to 330cc after restoring the implant scar tissue pockets to their proper position. She went from a D to a C cup. This is a wonderful example showing that a larger implant is not always the right choice - especially if it violates the natural boundaries of the breast - and that a smaller implant in proper position is much more attractive than a larger one that causes distortion.
