This patient had previous bilat mastectomies and is seen ab out a yearr after her final surgery. She underwent reconstruction with expanders followed by saline profile implants and subsequent nipple/areolar reconstruction. She also had lipo and correction of the abdominal scars from previous bowel surgery.
