This patient is seen 2 yrs after reconst of the right breast using a pedicle TRAM flap from the abdomen. She subsequently had a breast lift and reduction of the left breast using the SPAIR vertical scar technique and reconst of the nipple and areola to the right. She has the added benefit of a tummy tuck contour from the TRAM and also underwent liposuction to the hips.
