This patient is seen about a year after her reconstruction. She was not a candidate for a TRAM so expansion with subsequent implant exchange using a profile saline implant was performed. She then had a reduction with a lift to the right breast and reconst of the nipple and areola on the left. Considering she has an implant on the left and a normal breast on the right, the results are quite symmetrical.
