Description: This 39 year old woman from Chesterfield Township is seen 13 months after a SPAIR mastopexy with the placement of 225CC Allergan Natrelle style 68 smooth, round, low profile, saline iplants filled to 250cc, to restore both lost volume after having children and drooping. This amazing technique allows a reduction in scarring and improved shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural contour. She went from an A to a C cup.
