Description: This 33 year old woman from Macomb is seen 14 months after a SPAIR mastopexy with the placement of 325CC Allergan Natrelle style 20 smooth, round, silicone, to restore both lost volume after having children and drooping. This amazing technique allows a reduction in scarring and improved shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural round and full contour. She went from a B to a C/D cup. Contour and symmetry in addition to scarring is excellent and sensation is preserved and the patient is delighted with the results.
