Description: This delightful 23 year old woman from St. Clair Shores, MI, is seen 1 1/2 years after her surgery. She presented with a severe congenital breast deformity involving constrictions (incompletely formed and narrow breasts) and ptosis (drooping) along with volume differences. A history of significant weight loss is also noted. She underwent breast augmentation with mastopexy and a slight reduction of the slightly larger right breast to allow more symmetry in implant volume. McGhan style 68 smooth, round, 360cc implants were used and filled to 370cc on the right and 410cc on the left to achieve the patient's desired D cup. She also had an abdominoplasty. Even at twAt 18 months, the scars are well healed and almost completely faded.
