This 38 year old, ecstatic woman from Eastpointe is seen 18 months after she underwent a periareolar mastopexy with the placement of implants (450CC McGhan 68 smooth, round, saline filled to 475cc),to restore both lost volume after having children and drooping. A reduction in scarring and improved shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural round and full contour. She went from a B to a D cup. Contour and symmetry in addition to scarring is excellent and sensation is preservedand the patient is very happy with the results.
