This 45 year old woman presented with severe deflation of her breasts and sought out Dr. Kayser for correction of her condition. She underwent a SPAIR mastopexy with the placement of 400cc Allergan Natrelle style 20 High profile, smooth, round, silicone gel implants, to restore both lost volume after having children and drooping. This amazing technique allows a reduction in scarring and improved shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural round and full contour. She went from a B to a C cup. Her condition also involved a severe constriction of the breasts which required internal release of the breast fold and as such, contour and symmetry in addition to scarring is excellent and sensation is preservedand the patient is very happy with the results.
