Description: This 46 year old patient is seen 3 1/2 yrs after her SPAIR breast reduction. This amazing technique allows a reduction in scarring and improved shaping of the breast to achieve a more natural round and full contour. She went from a DD to a C cup with the removal of 407 gm of weight from the right breast and 447 gm from the left. This patient does have a scar around the areola and a vertical scar as well but they have faded beatifully. The SPAIR technique also allows the breast to be shaped in a very natural way.
