This attractive 36 year old woman is seen four weeks after living fat grafts to the lateral thighs. She had liposuction by another surgeon 8 years earlier which resulted in significant contour deformities. The technique call lipostructure allows the placement of living fat to be harvested and transferred to any part of the body. The results are amazing and are permenent! The thighs are supple and have nothing but the patient's own natural fat. A total of 70 cc of fat was grafted to each lateral thigh to restore the natural contour. The result shows a wonderful correction of the irregularity - and no bumps or hardness is seen or felt!
