This 28 year old medical professional presented with concerns regarding his thick and bulky thighs. Althogh he was very muscular, he had a layer of fat surrounding his thighs. After a thorough evaluation and additional consultations it was decided that liposuction would improve his stature. The patient is seen just 6 weeks after liposuction to the thighs; a total volume of 2850cc of fat was removed! Circumferance of the thighs was reduced from 69 to 63 cm (2 inches)! The photographs demostrate the wonderful improvement in contour to all the areas described. Needless to say, the patient is ecstatic with his result and his skin is smooth and regular.
