This 23 year old patient is seen 8 months after breast augmentation and liposuction to the outer thighs Allergan Natrelle 330cc smooth, round, saline implants were placed and filled to 360cc to enhance her from an A to her desired D cup; 300cc of fat was removed from each thigh removing the bulges that bothered her.
