What are Restylane®, Hyalaform® and Juvéderm®?
Restylane®, Hyalaform® and Juvéderm® are safe and effective methods of addressing lines and wrinkles to the face that occur during the aging process. The process is simple and requires very little time with minimal recovery. Best of all, this is a non-surgical procedure and can, therefore, be performed in the office.

How do Restylane®, Hyalaform® and Juvéderm® work?
Unlike BOTOX®, Restylane®, Hyalaform® and Juvéderm® are products that are part of a broader group of agents called fillers, which also include collagen, Radience®, Artecoll®, Juvederm® and fat. The basis of their use involves replacing lost volume either from aging, acne or even from excess skin folds by reducing hollows in the face. The results are immediate and can often be dramatic; results can last from 3-6 months depending on the product used.

Are there any side-effects with fillers?
Restylane®, Hyalaform® and Juvéderm® are safe and thoroughly tested products. Side-effects are rare but patients with allergies to any of these products should not use them. Fillers can cause bruising, redness or swelling but resolves quickly.
